At Stella, we select only the finest European-grade green coffees and roast them to perfection in the traditional Italian style. Suprema

True Italian Espresso Roasted here in America. This blend originated with a small Roaster in Rome in the 1920’s. It was handed down to us by the son of the original roaster himself. Brazilian Bourbon,Ethiopian Harrar and Rare Indian coffees create a perfectly balanced espresso that is Italy in a cup. Flavors of chocolate and hazelnut lead up to a deep, rich mocha middle that gently fades to a sweet even finish.



Ruby Moon

I first roasted this blend In Australia and it was a smashing success with French press lovers. Bold mocha flavor, big buttery middle with a sweet, smooth finish. Excellent with breakfast or after dinner.



Cumbia

This is a blend of two of Colombia’s finest estates, balanced with Brazil’s finest cup Bourbon. Deep, sultry, rich flavor with no hint of bitterness. Excellent after-dinner coffee.



Tranquillo Decaf

This was created to satisfy the coffee lover who can’t have caffeine. We use a unique and secret roasting method to make this decaf indistinguishable from regular coffee. You’ll find yourself enjoying cup after cup without a worry. Excellent as espresso/stovetop and makes a fine cup as French press or filter.
